Write to us with any question about Calormove. We answer within two working days, in English or Ukrainian.

Cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are paid through the App Store and managed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Calormove and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Restore purchases

On a new iPhone or after reinstalling, open the subscription screen in Calormove and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.

Refunds

Apple processes all payments, so only Apple can refund them. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, choose the Calormove purchase and tell Apple what happened.

Delete your data

In the app open Settings and tap Delete account. This erases your account and data from our servers within 30 days. It does not cancel your App Store subscription. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
